Commission Projects are done in orders as received but will work on projects in between communication responses with customer to previous order.Artist has a full time job outside of art.Please be patient. If any commissions are placed, you are thus agreeing with these terms and agreements.All orders are digital not physical items. Png File will be sent to customer via contact messaging; ko-fi, x, bluesky or email.

Right Agreement
Artists (A) or Client (C) holds the right to deny "Pending Commission" requests.
Will be refunded.Artist (A) or Client (C) holds the right to reject "Accepted Commission" requests during the Non-completed phase for any of these reasonings:
-Personal Matters/ Emergencies
-A and C unable to compromise.
-Lack In Adequate Communication
-Language Barrier
-Harassment Regarding Art Piece or other forms between A and C
Will be refunded.
The client is not allowed to use any form of art that was used during non-completed phases.The client must inform Artist via email or other forms of communication for any issues that need to be fixed before Final Image is sent.No Refunds Beyond this point once Final Image is sent.The Client has 24-hour window to inform the artist for any minor issues that need to be fixed if minor issues are noticed after Final Image is sent. Image will be moved into the “fixing stage”.If additional issues are found within the original 24-hour window. The client must inform the artist before Image is out of fixing stage. Once “Fixed” Image is resent for verifying only issues addressed in time. The client will no longer be able to ask for additional fixes beyond that point.If any charge-backs are issued. Artist has the right to fight the charge back, block C from any form of social media and or C will not be allowed to re-commission any art piece from Artist.The Artist has the right to inform others about any extreme harassment that was from C. The Artist has the right to inform others about accepted and completed art pieces that have been charged back by C.Client loses rights to any photo drawn if charge backs are enforced and artist loses on claim.Client is given rights to photo drawn if charge backs are enforced and artist wins claim.Winning or losing claim: Client will be black listed and banned/blocked from any form of social media.
